Qualifications

• Experience with digital products and self-service banking options.
• Knowledge of bank policies and support systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking counsel.
• Open consumer and business accounts and process basic transactions.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service options.
• Partner with branch team members to serve clients with excellence.
