Job summary

You will nurture relationships, open accounts, handle service requests, and educate clients on online and mobile banking tools while collaborating with branch teams to deliver exceptional service. Role requires NMLS registration and adherence to privacy/regulatory requirements; prior experience with deposit and loan

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of retail banking experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with digital banking products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains client relationships across multiple channels to assess banking needs.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
