Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of retail banking experience.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages clients via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking counsel.
• Educates clients on deposit and loan products and services and processes transactions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Proactively educates clients on self-service digital products and services.
• Collaborates with branch team members to best serve clients.
• Maintains knowledge of regulatory requirements and supports NMLS registration process.
