Qualifications

• Experience with digital banking tools and self-service channels.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Identify client needs and open accounts, process basic transactions, and educate on products.
• Proactively educate clients on emerging digital products and self-service tools.
• Collaborate with branch team to deliver an exceptional client experience and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Adhere to NMLS registration requirements and comply with background/credit checks.
