You will open accounts, process requests, and educate clients on online banking tools while complying with NMLS and regulatory requirements as applicable.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsabilidades

• Builds and nurtures client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engage and communicate with clients to assess banking needs and provide solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and handle service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service options to meet needs.
