Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typically 3–4 years of job-related retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• NMLS registration under the SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z is required.
• Background and credit check are part of the NMLS registration process.
• Ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Solid knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities
