Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engage customers in person, by appointment, and virtually.
• Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs and preferences.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and complete service requests.
• Demonstrate and educate clients on deposit and loan products and services.
• Recommend solutions based on customers’ goals and needs.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products, including digital services, and support systems.
• Greet clients and process basic transactions.
• Collaborate with branch team members and partners to ensure a seamless experience.
• Educate clients on emerging self-service digital products and services.
• Leverage resources to optimize client experience and operational accuracy.
