JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client service at a Chase branch in New York. The role focuses on acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships, and guiding clients to Chase’s digital tools like the mobile app and online banking.

The position requires knowledge of banking products, regulatory compliance, and the ability to work weekends/evenings. Licenses and registrations such as SIE, FINRA 6, and state registrations are required or pursued

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Strong ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Clear, courteous communication tailored to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Education and licenses per regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Guide clients to technology solutions like mobile app and online banking.
• Learn products and procedures to advise on banking solutions.
