Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1 year banking or related experience preferred.
• Customer service, sales and lending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes daily transactions and account servicing with high accuracy and efficiency, including teller tasks and branch routines.
• Provides consultative service to understand customer needs and deliver viable solutions; refers to business partners when needed.
• Engages in relationship building and sales calls to meet customer needs and prospect new leads.
• Participates in CRA-related community events and supports training for other staff.
