Job summary

NBT is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver high-quality customer service and consultative support, handling daily transactions, deposit accounts, and consumer lending. You will educate customers and refer products to meet needs, with in-person or phone interactions.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and some banking/customer service experience; strong math, credit report knowledge, and proficiency with computers are valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year banking experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales and lending preferred.
• Strong math and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Process daily transactions and account servicing accurately.
• Provide consultative service and referrals to partners.
• Support consumer lending transactions and deposit account openings.
• Participate in community events and training duties.
