Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses; must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to advise on banking solutions with team support.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
