Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby to assist with transactions via self-service tools (mobile, online, ATM).
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build relationships to understand clients' financial needs and connect them to suitable solutions.
• Maintain compliance with laws and bank policies in daily activities.
• Manage center flow, appointments, and follow-up calls to enhance the client experience.
• Educate clients on self-service options and technology platforms.
