Job summary

You will build relationships to meet clients' financial needs, explore solutions, and support a positive client experience while adhering to regulatory guidelines. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or familiarity with banking products is a plus.
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
• Cash handling experience is a plus and basic math skills are required.
• Availability to work weekends and extended hours at multiple locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service resources.
• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
• Develop deep conversations to understand clients' financial goals and connect them to solutions.
• Build relationships to meet clients' financial needs and expand the client base.
• Follow established processes and guidelines, complying with laws and regulations.
• Manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls to support client experience.
• Drive the client experience while maintaining cash handling responsibilities.
