Bank of Oak Ridge is seeking a client-focused banking professional to build and maintain relationships with clients, identify needs, and expand services across deposits, loans, and ownership of complex financial goals.

The role includes processing teller duties, opening new accounts, and handling inquiries with a strong emphasis on service quality. Occasional branch travel and Saturday coverage are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Bank of Oak Ridge clients.
• Expand client relationships by identifying client needs and developing solutions to financial goals.
• Promote, refer and cross-sell to insurance, wealth management and mortgage departments.
• Process teller transactions including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, etc.
• Open new accounts and respond to inquiries regarding deposits, credit, and other products.
• Research to resolve client concerns and execute solutions.
