Job summary

Truist in Beckley, WV is seeking a client service and sales oriented professional to build and maintain relationships, provide financial solutions, and support teller duties as needed.

You will handle routine client maintenance, refer complex needs to specialists, and contribute to branch targets while adhering to internal controls and risk policies. Weekend/extended hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days, including NMLS background check.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and advanced sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and sales targets by offering products and services.
• Supports team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and referring complex needs to specialists.
• Performs teller duties as needed and adheres to policies and risk management.
