Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior retail banking experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open a wide variety of Consumer and Business Bank Accounts including loans and deposits.
• Identify and complete referrals to other Lines of Business including Mortgage, Investments, Cash Management, Commercial Loans and Insurance.
• Assist clients with account maintenance, online and mobile products and services, wire transfers, debit cards and overdraft assistance.
• Educate and profile clients using bank systems and organize sales tracking and client onboarding.
