Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with clients, gaining trust with accurate service and information.
• Provides high quality service, retention, development and expansion of client relationships.
• Works with bank personnel to meet client needs across departments.
• Provides product opportunities using proactive selling; opens branch-related products.
• Keeps current knowledge of Retail Banking products to address client needs.
• Identify client needs through conversations and match products accordingly.
• Engage with clients in person or by phone to present products meeting their needs.
• Prospect for new clients through existing relationships and referrals.
• Support sales plans and report results related to branch focus.
• Perform transactions, new accounts and lending responsibilities to serve clients.
• Maintain compliance, risk management duties, and attendance.
