Job summary

Truist in Georgia seeks a Regular or Temporary team member to deliver an industry-leading client service experience both in person and on the phone. The role develops and expands client relationships while providing financial solutions through consultative conversations and referrals.

The position may be cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed and requires the ability to travel for temporary staffing needs, weekend/extended hours, and compliance with SAFE and NMLS requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment, including NMLS checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and possible extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and by phone; expand client relationships.
• Cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed.
• Support sales targets by offering bank products and services.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists and finance partners.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and ongoing training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Create a welcoming client experience during transactions.
