Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software used in branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with accurate, courteous transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions.
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and referrals to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to tailor solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and ongoing training.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
