Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• SAFE compliance within 30 days, plus NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task and travel as needed; weekend/extended hours possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships and cross-sell opportunities.
• Assist teller duties as needed and handle routine transactions.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists and follow up.
