Rockland Trust is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and nurture strong client relationships and deliver an energetic banking experience. You will identify financial needs, process transactions, and offer appropriate products while maintaining high service standards.

You will engage customers with a team-oriented sales mindset, manage lobby activities, and cross-sell deposit and loan products through a thoughtful, needs-based approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales/service experience.
• Notary Public and NMLS certification required.
• Strong sales orientation with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in consultative conversations with customers to build rapport and expand relationships.
• Process traditional transactions accurately within guidelines and authority.
• Proactively cross-sell bank deposit and loan products using a needs-based approach.
• Use Salesforce to track interactions and follow up.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to enhance lobby management and outreach.
• Deliver a cohesive customer experience across traditional and digital channels.
• Maintain adherence to operational, regulatory and security policies.
