You will engage in consultative conversations, process transactions, and cross-sell deposits and loan products while leveraging digital channels and Salesforce to expand client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2–4 years in sales/service.
• Notary Public certification (NMLS preferred).
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; tech capable.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and provide customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage in consultative conversations to build rapport and expand relationships.
• Process traditional customer transactions accurately.
• Cross-sell bank deposits and loans using needs-based approach.
• Leverage digital channels and Salesforce for customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to enhance lobby management.
