Banner Bank is seeking a Banker to be the welcoming face of the branch and to help clients reach their financial goals by processing transactions accurately and introducing them to Bank products and services that make a difference.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Entry-level experience in cashiering, bookkeeping, client service, or sales with goals.

Responsibilities

• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently following policies.
• Provide an excellent client experience and act as the face of the Bank.
• Refer Bank products and services to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Refer clients to Bank specialists when appropriate.
• Work as a team contributor on assignments and maintain reliability.
• Sell Bank products through in-person and phone conversations per manager standards.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, security requirements, and regulations.
