Banner Bank in Grass Valley, CA is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to be the welcoming face of our branch. You’ll help clients navigate their financial lives, open new accounts, process transactions, and refer products and digital tools to meet their goals.

With a focus on service, you’ll balance cash, support lending processes, and build lasting relationships across banking teams. A high school diploma and entry-level banking or sales experience are required; equivalent combinations

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Entry-level experience in teller, banking, or sales roles with established goals.
An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Engage clients with exceptional service while supporting a wide range of sales and service activities.
Process routine financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
Balance your cash drawer with precise currency and coin handling.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and introduce products, services, and digital banking tools.
Identify opportunities to expand relationships and make referrals to banking partners.
