Job summary

Banner Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to serve as the welcoming face of the branch and trusted advisor for clients. You’ll help customers navigate their financial lives, build lasting relationships, and promote branch services and digital tools.

In this role you’ll engage clients with exceptional service, process routine transactions, and identify opportunities to expand relationships across lending and investment services. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level experience in teller, banking, or sales roles with established goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients with exceptional service and support a wide range of sales and service activities.
• Process routine financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
• Balance cash drawer with accurate currency handling.
• Consult with clients to understand needs and introduce bank products and digital tools.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and refer to Commercial Lending, Treasury, Mortgage, and Investment Services.
• Communicate proactively to educate, resolve concerns, strengthen loyalty, and gather feedback.
• Hold appointments to identify client needs and provide solutions for financial success.
• Open and maintain accounts; resolve issues while ensuring compliance.
• Support branch lending by answering questions, completing applications, and preparing documentation.
