Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to follow policies, regulations, and training.
Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

Put clients first and deliver friendly, welcoming service.
Communicate clearly to understand and anticipate client needs.
Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and by phone to build relationships.
Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
Learn products and procedures quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
