Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify service and product needs; leverage leads and outbound calls.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling Bank products and services.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Complete routine teller transactions and related operational tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to risk and compliance standards.
• Support compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures.
