PNC is hiring a Relationship Banker Business Specialist in Duluth, Georgia. Based in the Duluth - Medlock Bridge Rd branch, you will drive consumer and small business opportunities, manage client relationships, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to deliver tailored banking solutions.

You will focus on building trust, delivering exceptional service, and promoting bank products while upholding risk controls and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate accountability and integrity in client interactions.
• Experience with banking products and services to grow share of wallet.
• Strong focus on customer experience and proactive sales to acquire and deepen business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for consumer and business banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Lead generation and appointments inside and outside the branch to drive client engagement.
• Develop ecosystem partnerships across PNC units to meet client needs and referrals.
• Provide differentiated client experience through tailored solutions in deposits, lending, and cash management.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and Business Banker to follow up on opportunities.
• Ensure risk controls and adherence to policies in daily operations.
