Job summary

PNC in El Paso, TX is hiring a Relationship Banker to expand consumer and business banking relationships within the Downtown El Paso Branch. You will be based in El Paso and focus on delivering a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.

The role emphasizes proactive lead generation, collaboration with ecosystem partners, and robust client solutions while maintaining strong risk management and compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required with <1 year of professional experience or completion of a formal development program.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred to support diverse client base.
• Experience with banking products and client onboarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Lead collaboration with ecosystem partners to drive client solutions and referrals.
• Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch with COI relationships.
• Provide differentiated client experience through consultative conversations and tailored financial solutions.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures and supporting daily branch operations.
