Qualifications

• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships, in person and over the phone.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and services quickly to consult with clients about banking solutions and collaborate with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
