Job summary

You will educate clients on digital tools, work with branch teammates, and originate consumer loans. The role requires NMLS registration and a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service in a branch setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on deposits, loans and digital banking products and services.
• Provides consistent optimal client experience, greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Collaborates with branch teammates to best serve clients.
