Qualifications

• Previous retail or consultative sales experience.
• Demonstrated sales and service experience with goals.
• Experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
• 4-year degree and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive banking services, including transactions, accounts, servicing, and loan processing.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service and resolve client concerns or referrals.
• Engage customers with questions and listening to build lasting relationships.
• Educate customers on Broadway deposit and loan products.
• Achieve sales goals by offering tailored solutions for Broadway's products.
• Build relationships through outbound calls for service and onboarding.
• Utilize CRM to capture client information, schedule follow-ups, and identify sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Broadway bankers to connect customers with the right expertise.
• Manage risk and adhere to security policies.
