Broadway Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker in Texas to deliver a full spectrum of banking services and nurture customer relationships. You will process transactions, open accounts, and support loans while educating clients on Broadway's deposit and loan products. Strong CRM use, outbound outreach, and sales-driven service are essential.

The role emphasizes excellent service, problem solving, and teamwork with branch partners to meet growth goals and protect customer data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
• 4-year degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.
• Retail sales and service experience with proven sales goal achievement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide banking services, including transactions processing, account opening, servicing, and loan processing.
• Ensure prompt, courteous service and resolve client concerns directly or via referrals.
• Engage customers with open questions and active listening to build lasting relationships.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Broadway products to educate and advise customers.
• Meet sales goals by understanding customer financial needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Build relationships through outbound calls for service, sales, and onboarding.
• Use CRM to capture client information, schedule follow-ups, and identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Broadway bankers and partners to connect customers with the right experts.
• Manage risk and adhere to security policies while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support retail objectives and review goals with the Financial Center Manager.
