Qualifications

• Previous retail or consultative sales experience.
• Demonstrated sales and service experience with proven success in establishing and meeting sales goals.
• Experience using personal computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college-level coursework is a plus.
• 4-year degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in retail sales and service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive banking services, including transaction processing, account opening, servicing, and loan processing, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous service, and resolve client concerns directly or through appropriate referrals.
• Engage customers through personal connections, open-ended questions, and active listening to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Maintain deep expertise in all Broadway deposit and loan products to effectively educate and advise customers.
• Achieve sales goals by understanding customer financial needs and presenting tailored solutions for Broadway’s products and services.
• Build and expand relationships through outbound calls for service, sales, and account onboarding.
