Broadway Bank in Schertz, Texas is seeking a Relationship Banker I/II/III to deliver exceptional personal banking and build lasting customer relationships. The role spans transactions, accounts, and loans, with proactive outreach and product education.

Ideal candidates will have retail or consultative sales experience, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a willingness to travel within the bank's geographic area if needed. Hours include Mon-Sat with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience in retail or consultative sales with ability to meet sales goals.
• Proficient PC skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide transactions processing, account opening, servicing, and loan processing with accuracy.
• Ensure prompt, courteous service and refer clients as needed.
• Engage customers through questions and listening to build relationships.
• Educate customers on Broadway deposit and loan products.
• Achieve sales goals by offering tailored financial solutions.
• Develop relationships via outbound calls for service and onboarding.
• Utilize CRM to capture client data, schedule follow-ups, and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Broadway bankers to connect customers with experts.
