Job summary

Truist Wealth in Texas is seeking a customer-focused professional to deliver an exceptional client experience both in-branch and over the phone. You will support teller duties as needed while pursuing opportunities to grow client relationships through consultative conversations and referrals to specialists.

The role emphasizes meeting service and sales targets, advancing product knowledge, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide an industry leading client service experience in person and on the phone.
• Cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets by developing, expanding and retaining relationships.
• Refer more complex client needs to internal specialists and support team sales processes.
