Job summary

Bank of Colorado is seeking a customer service and sales associate to promote long-term customer relationships. You will assist customers with account problems, initiate deposit accounts, and provide loan processing support.

You will build customer profiles, offer product recommendations, and ensure follow-up to meet banking goals. Flexible hours include Saturdays; compensation ranges from $23 to $28 per hour. Training as a consumer lender trainee is included to handle loan requests.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 24 months of prior banking experience is generally expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in making product and service choices and open/close accounts for individuals and businesses.
• Provide proactive recommendations and follow-up to understand customer needs.
• Handle phone and in-person inquiries, guide customers to appropriate services, and process deposits and related verifications.
• Provide loan support by initiating applications, credit verifications, and documentation for consumer loans.
• Process wires and other banking transactions as required by supervision.
