Job summary

Bank of Colorado is seeking a customer service and sales oriented trainee to support deposit account processing, cross-selling, and relationship building. You will assist customers with account questions, open/close deposits, and conduct follow-up activities to strengthen relationships.

As a consumer lender trainee, you will process loan requests under bank policy, with authority expanding as you gain experience. This role requires weekday hours with possible Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• A minimum of 24 months of prior banking experience is generally expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account problems and questions; open/close accounts and related services.
• Promote long-term customer relationships with follow-up calls and needs-based service recommendations.
• Process loan applications, underwriting steps, and related consumer loan activities.
