Relationship Bankers are expected to recognize that in order to provide Service Excellence a customer’s experience should always be consistent whether they are online, using a mobile device, speaking to us over the phone or visiting us in person. In order to maintain this Relationship Bankers must consistently follow and model VCNB Service Standards. **It is the** **expectation that Relationship Bankers will maintain a high level of knowledge and performance in all skills associated with Front Line and Consumer Deposit Accounts, by providing customers with exceptional service and upholding the VCNB Mission Statement and Core Values.**
