Job summary

Lorenz Clinic in Minnesota seeks licensed psychotherapists to provide psychotherapy, diagnostic assessment, and treatment planning for diverse clients. Clinicians work within their competencies and develop clinical interests over time, in a clinic that values relational depth, reflective practice, and system-wide care.

Qualifications

• A master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health profession from an accredited program.
• Full, independent licensure as a mental health professional in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC). Pre-licensed applicants should consider related fellowships.
• At least two years of post-master's outpatient psychotherapy experience.
• Ability to approach psychotherapy from systemic, relational, and developmental perspectives.
• Two years of clinical supervision experience preferred.
• Formal training in child, couples, family therapy, relational/interpersonal, or AEDP/psychodynamic approaches preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy and diagnostic assessment within your areas of competence.
• Develop treatment approaches reflecting relational, cultural, and developmental understanding.
• Engage in regular consultation, Grand Rounds, and reflective supervision.
• Participate in a learning-focused clinical community with ongoing feedback.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and meaningful clinical documentation.
• Uphold integrity, humility, and systems-based care.
• Other duties as assigned within a collaborative, clinician-led system.
