Lorenz Clinic in Minnesota is seeking licensed psychotherapists for full-time, in-person with flexible hybrid options. We emphasize relational depth, reflective practice, and a clinician-led training environment. Clinicians practice across the lifespan with a focus on systemic, cultural, and developmental perspectives.

The role supports ongoing supervision, clinical consultation, and professional development within a mission-driven community committed to equity and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health field.
• Full, independent licensure in Minnesota (LMFT / LICSW / LPCC).
• Minimum two years of post-master’s outpatient psychotherapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy and diagnostic assessment within areas of competence.
• Develop treatment approaches reflecting relational, cultural, and developmental understanding.
• Engage in regular consultation, Grand Rounds, and reflective supervision.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically meaningful documentation.
• Uphold commitment to integrity, humility, and systems-based care.
• Other duties as assigned in a collaborative clinician-led system.
