Job summary

The Lorenz Clinic in Minnesota is hiring fully licensed psychotherapists for a full-time role that centers relational, systemic, and developmental approaches. Clinicians provide psychotherapy, diagnostic assessment, and treatment planning within their areas of competence, with robust supervision and clinical development support.

The clinic offers a comprehensive benefits package and a compensation range of $78,000–$125,000, depending on licensure, caseload, and experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health profession from an accredited program.
• Full, independent licensure as a mental health professional in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC).
• At least two years of post-master's experience providing outpatient psychotherapy.
• Ability to approach psychotherapy from systemic, relational, and developmental perspectives.
• Formal training in child, couples, family therapy, relational/interpersonal, or contemporary psychodynamic psychotherapy (preferred).
• Pre-licensed professionals will be considered via Lorenz’s Post-Master’s Fellowship program.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy and diagnostic assessment within your clinical areas of competence.
• Develop treatment approaches reflecting relational, cultural, and developmental understanding.
• Engage in regular consultation, Grand Rounds, and reflective supervision with peers.
• Participate in a learning-focused, feedback-rich clinical community.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically meaningful documentation.
• Uphold Lorenz’s commitment to integrity, humility, and systems-based care.
• Other duties as assigned within a collaborative, clinician-led system.
