Job summary

Lorenz Clinic in Minnesota seeks licensed clinicians to provide outpatient psychotherapy, diagnostic assessment, and treatment planning. Clinicians work within their areas of competence and pursue ongoing development in a collaborative, dean-led environment.

We emphasize reflective practice, supervise peers, and support a relational, systems-based approach to therapy across diverse clients. Hybrid in-person work is common as licensure and program fit allow.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health profession from an accredited program.
• Full, independent licensure as a mental health professional in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC).
• At least two years of post-master's experience providing outpatient psychotherapy.
• Ability to approach psychotherapy from systemic, relational, and developmental perspectives.
• 2+ years providing clinical supervision is preferred.
• Formal training in child, couples, family therapy, or relational psychotherapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy and diagnostic assessment within your clinical areas of competence.
• Develop treatment approaches reflecting relational, cultural, and developmental understanding.
• Engage in regular consultation, Grand Rounds, and reflective supervision with peers.
• Participate in a learning-focused, feedback-rich clinical community.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically meaningful documentation.
• Uphold Lorenz’s commitment to integrity, humility, and systems-based care.
