We hire full-time licensed clinicians who practice with integrity, humility, and intellectual rigor, supported by reflective supervision, a wellness roadmap, and a strong emphasis on equity and clinician well-being.

Qualifications

• A master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health profession from an accredited program.
• Fully licensed in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC). Pre-licensed roles via fellowship are noted separately.
• At least two years of post-master’s outpatient psychotherapy experience.
• Ability to apply systemic, relational, and developmental perspectives in practice.
• Two years of clinical supervision experience preferred.
• Formal training in child, couples, family therapy or related areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy and diagnostic assessment within areas of competence.
• Develop treatment approaches reflecting relational, cultural, and developmental understanding.
• Engage in regular supervision, Grand Rounds, and reflective practice with peers.
• Participate in a learning-focused clinical community and maintain accurate documentation.
