Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health field.
• Full, independent licensure in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC).
• Minimum of two years post-master’s psychotherapy experience.
• Ability to approach therapy from systemic, relational, and developmental perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy and diagnostic assessment within competence areas.
• Develop relational, culturally informed treatment plans.
• Engage in regular supervision and case consultation.
