Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client portfolio, including follow-up and accurate entry of client activity and premium collection.
• Collaborate with other departments to support collection efforts and cash application.
• Oversee timely settlement of funds to and from clients while adhering to warranties and conditions.
• Complete tasks accurately and in accordance with SLAs.
• Provide detailed client-specific accounting and claims information to support sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, clients, and markets; share knowledge in team meetings.
