Job summary

Marsh Re. is seeking a skilled professional for a hybrid role in New York, Philadelphia or Edina, MN. You will manage an assigned client portfolio, ensure timely follow-up, accurate activity entry, and premium collection, with three days per week in the office.

You will work with multiple departments to support collections and fund settlements, providing detailed accounting and claims information to support sales and relationships with brokers, clients, and markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in excess of loss reinsurance and accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated teamwork and proactive process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client portfolio with timely follow-up and accurate activity entry, ensuring premium collection.
• Collaborate with other departments to support collections and cash application processes.
• Oversee timely settlement of funds to and from clients, ensuring policy payment warranties.
• Complete tasks accurately in line with SLAs and provide client-specific accounting information.
• Build strong relationships with brokers, clients, and markets and participate in team meetings.
