Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional/business work experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including data scrubbing, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate placement support activities for assigned accounts.
• Review renewal exhibits and analyze trends and data issues.
• Set up/renew programs, create submissions, and manage quotes and authorizations.
• Track placement status and follow up with brokers for updates.
• Draft and secure broker sign-off on renewal requests and communications.
• Research financial statements, product lines and geographic exposures.
• Interface with other departments to provide client data for modeling and negotiations.
• Manage contract documents and ensure all executed documents are tracked.
