Job summary

Marsh is seeking a talented professional to join our team in a hybrid role based in New York, Philadelphia or Edina, MN, requiring in-office presence at least three days a week. The position manages an assigned client portfolio, ensures timely follow-up and accurate activity entry, and coordinates with colleagues to support collections and settlements.

You will build broker and client relationships, provide detailed accounting and claims information to support sales, and contribute to team

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in excess of loss reinsurance and accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or risk management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client portfolio with timely follow-up and accurate system entry.
• Collaborate with departments to support collection efforts and cash applications.
• Oversee timely settlement of funds to and from clients in compliance with warranties.
• Complete tasks accurately in line with SLAs.
• Provide detailed client-specific accounting and claims information to support sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, clients, and markets.
