Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical, financial accounting of premium, claim and reserves based on statements of accounts or bordereaux.
• Review and analyze reinsurance contracts for policy adherence.
• Manage processing and settlement of reinsurance claims for accuracy and efficiency.
• Generate reinsurance reports and conduct analyses to support decision-making.
• Consult internal stakeholders on Statutory and Reinsurance Accounting expertise.
• Develop and maintain relationships with reinsurers.
• Drive process improvements and standardization; identify inefficiencies.
• Attend relevant training and keep SOPs/training guides up to date.
